Provided daily technical support for 25 end-users at the James Madison Foundation office site.  Support all software trouble-shooting and email support on Windows 2000 platform. Provide daily back-ups of network files and setup network security on servers.  Support on all printer issues and hardware. Provide maintenance and upgrade recommendations for all desktops agency wide.
